Mudra Massage and Wellness

About

Mudra Massage is a licensed therapeutic massage and skincare studio in Portland's Kerns neighborhood, family owned since 2008. Our bodywork treats chronic pain, injury and everyday tension using deep tissue, prenatal, relaxation, sports and medical massage, orthopedic cupping, and Ashiatsu. Our skincare practice uses organic, cruelty free products for facials, hydrodermabrasion, tinting and facial waxing. We also treat injuries after motor vehicle accidents, billed to PIP insurance with a prescription from a healthcare provider. A booked hour is a full sixty minutes of hands-on time, and every session includes complimentary warm towels and essential oils.
